Uptown 5K on the Runway 2025 is scheduled for Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport. The event address is 1515 West Commercial Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. This is the seventh annual running of the Uptown 5K on the runway. The event is organized by Trustbridge Hospice Foundation in partnership with the airport (FXE). Format and logistics
The event is a 5K fun run/walk held on the airport runway. It invites community members of all ages to take part in the runway route. Registration is free but required; online registration closes on November 14, 2025 at 7:00 PM EST. After the runway portion, participants move into the Uptown 5K Village for refreshments and other on-site activities.
