Event overview
The Uppingham Pool Triathlon takes place on 31 May 2026 at Uppingham School Sports Centre, Leicester Road, Uppingham (LE15 9SE). The event uses the centre's indoor 25 metre pool and a central arena layout with transition and spectator viewing close to the event hub. A children's aquathlon is held in the afternoon on the same day.

Course and event details
The swim is staged in a 4-lane 25m pool (16 lengths = 400m). Swimmers are grouped into waves by estimated swim time; a marshal may check length counts. Exit from the pool follows a marked fire exit and a approximately 150m route on tarmac and grass to transition.
The bike is a 22km circular on-road route through villages around Uppingham and passes the Welland Viaduct; the circuit is not on closed roads. The run is 5km over mixed surfaces, including pavement and grass.
Event services include professional chip timing with online results, prizes for multiple overall and age-group categories, eco medals, on-site food and coffee vendors, and medical and safety teams.
