Unleash the SHE
Unleash the SHE is an event that celebrates women’s strength, health, and empowerment. The 2027 edition takes place on Saturday, April 24, 2027 in Rochester, Minnesota, with activities centered at Little Thistle Brewing. The event is presented by Mayo Clinic and draws over a thousand women along with children and supporters of all genders.

- Women’s 5K
- Women’s 10K
- Support the SHE 5K and 2 Mile Walk/Run (open to all)
- KidsK Run
The route runs along the Cascade Lake trails and finishes at Little Thistle Brewing. Awards are given to overall and age group winners. The program also includes door prizes and larger giveaways, including a paddle board.
Each participant receives event items such as a race bib, race shirt, tote bag, mug, neck buff, and a finisher medal on a colorful ribbon. Event proceeds support MOCA, and a fundraising tool is available for participants who wish to raise additional funds; special recognition is given to the largest fundraisers.
The event includes a survivor recognition component: ovarian cancer survivors receive a special gift, a bib marker, and access to a survivor table at the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
