The 2nd Annual Unified 5K at Messiah University in Mechanicsburg was presented as a community event centered on inclusion and accessibility. Participants ran, walked, or rolled while volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and spectators supported the day.
An expo accompanied the event to introduce adaptive and para sport and to showcase services offered by participating vendors. Community impact activities included the donation of two running blades made possible through a partnership with Less Leg More Heart and Ability Ottobock.care.
