About the race
The Ultra Trail des Pionniers de Saint-Donat is a two-day trail running event in Saint-Donat, Québec held on 12 and 13 September 2026. The program separates ultra distance races on Saturday at Ski Garceau from shorter trail races on Sunday at Parc des Pionniers. For each registration, 5 USD are donated to the Club de plein air de Saint-Donat.
Saturday features ultra distances run on the marked Ski Garceau network, with organized aid stations and mandatory GPS tracking for ultra participants. Sunday offers timed and marked trail races with water points and kilometer markers.

All courses are secured and chip timed. Services on site include toilets, snacks, a post‑race meal for participants, a souvenir shop, and paid changing areas. Free parking is available; shuttle buses provide transport to some start locations. Podiums and medals are awarded for specified distances and age categories; the 1 km receives participation medals. A participant guide is released about two weeks before the event. Volunteer roles are available and include a promotional item, snack, lunch and a refreshment.
