Ultra-Trail des Pionniers de Saint-Donat
The event takes place over two days in Saint-Donat, Quebec, with Ultra races at Ski Garceau and trail races at Parc des Pionniers. All courses are marked, secured and timed; kilometre markers and water stations are provided according to distance. GPS tracking is mandatory for Ultra competitors.
On-site services include toilets, a snack for all participants, a post-race meal, a souvenir shop and a paid changing area. Free parking is available and bus transport is provided to the Ultra start locations. A participant guide will be released two weeks before the event; the 2025 guide is available as a reference.
Awards differ by distance: men’s and women’s podiums with medals for the top three in Ultra events; age category podiums for the trail distances; participation medals for the 1 km. No cash prizes are awarded. Five dollars from each registration are donated to the Club de plein air de Saint-Donat; the event donated 3,005 $ in 2025.
