Tri Hard Harriers 5K on the Bay 2026
Tri Hard Harriers presents a 5 kilometre road event that starts and finishes at Blackpill Lido in Swansea. The course follows a route down to Oystermouth and returns along the promenade with views across Swansea Bay. The course has been recorded since 2023.
Proceeds from the event are donated to a chosen local charity, this year The Jacob Crane Foundation. Entry includes a complimentary bottle of beer or a soft drink and a portion of Domino's pizza provided after the race.
There are public toilet facilities on site. Limited on-the-day entries are available and both cash and card payments are accepted. Prizes are awarded to the top three overall in multiple categories, and there is an award for the largest club team.
Participants may run, jog or walk the route. The event has an age minimum of 12 years to enter. Current course records recorded since 2023 stand at 13:59 for the male category and 16:52 for the female category. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
