Tri Hard Harriers 5k on the Bay

The Tri Hard Harriers 5k on the Bay is a flat and fast race held in Swansea, starting and finishing at Blackpill Lido. The scenic course runs along the promenade overlooking Swansea Bay, heading down to Oystermouth and back. Open to runners aged 11 and over, participants can run, jog, or walk the event.

Entry includes a complimentary drink and Domino's pizza post-race. The event features prizes for top finishers and club awards, with proceeds supporting the Welsh Air Ambulance.
