Route, support and services
Routes are fully signed and supported. Covered rest stops are provided approximately every 12.5 km, with major stops around 25 km for picnic lunches and additional catering at later stops. The 50 km finish includes a hot meal; the shorter options include picnic-style food. Medical teams, podiatrists and massage support are available at rest stops, and an event app provides GPS route maps and live tracking. Timing scans at rest stops log progress, and finishers receive a medal, a finisher T-shirt and a glass of fizz.
