Ugly Sweater 5K - Denver
The Ugly Sweater 5K is a holiday themed 5K run/walk held in Denver on Sunday, December 20, 2026, at Washington Park. The event is staged from the Mount Vernon Garden within Washington Park, a one mile by quarter mile park covering 165 acres. The park is bordered by Virginia Avenue, Downing Street, Louisiana Avenue, and Franklin Street.
Registration fees for the 5K range from $30 to $40; ages 17 and under receive a $5 discount. Service fees are not included in the listed prices. Packet pickup is available the day before the race at Runners Roost, 1685 S Colorado Blvd, and race day packet pick-up is available at the race site.
Registration includes a race logo shirt, a finisher medal, finish line food tables, fully stocked aid stations, professional chip timing using a disposable bib tag, and free photo downloads after the event.
