Logistics, awards and amenities

The course runs within a park in North Georgia and includes a few rolling sections. Water stations will be provided at approximately every 1.5 miles. All finishers receive a medal; a race-themed shirt is provided, with swag guaranteed for participants registered by January 7 (after that, shirts are while supplies last). Packet pickup takes place on race morning beginning one hour before the race.

Awards are planned for top finishers and age groups: top 3 Overall M/F, top 3 Overall Masters M/F, top 3 Overall Grand Masters M/F, top 3 Overall Senior Masters M/F, and top 3 in standard 5-year age groups from 10 & under through 80+.

The event lists the Northview High School Track and Field Booster Club as the 2026 charity partner. Volunteer recruitment can qualify a volunteer for a $50 Visa gift card if specific recruitment and service conditions are met.
