Event Overview

The UC 5K and 1 Mile Walk takes place on the campus of Ursuline College in Cleveland, Ohio. The event is an official part of the 2026 Cleveland Road Race Series and supports the college's cross country and track and field programs. Participants travel through Pepper Pike, the college grounds, and Merici Crossings.

Course and Participation

The course features road racing and includes gradual inclines. Runners in the 5K event receive chip timing and a race bib. Participants have the option to form teams of three or more people. For these groups, a top team award is presented based on the lowest three combined finisher times in the 5K category.

Amenities and Post-Race Activities

Registered participants receive a race shirt, with sizes guaranteed for those who sign up by September 15th. Registration also includes a raffle ticket and post-race refreshments. Following the athletic events, an Ursuline Fall Festival is held in the main quad. This celebration features food trucks, music, and various activities.
