Event
The UC 5K and 1 Mile Walk takes place on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at Ursuline College - Stano Athletic Center, 2550 Lander Rd, Pepper Pike / Cleveland, OH 44124. The event includes the following distances:
- 5K Run
- 1 Mile Walk/Run
The courses run through Pepper Pike, the Ursuline College campus and Merici Crossings and include gradual inclines and road sections. The UC 5K is an official 2026 Cleveland Road Race Series event. Immediately after the races there is a fall festival in the main quad featuring food trucks and music. Proceeds support the student-athlete experience.
Logistics and entries
Registration fees are listed at $35 through race morning; a $5 discount is available for students, faculty, alumni and friends with an Ursuline College discount code. The 5K is chip timed and includes a race bib. Registered participants receive a UC race shirt (shirt sizes guaranteed if registered by 9/15), a raffle ticket and post-race refreshments. Awards are given to top male, top female and top team finishers.
Team entries: teams require at least three members; the Top Team Award is determined by the lowest three combined 5K finisher times. Course maps and a paper entry form option are provided; cash or check payments must follow the paper form instructions. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
