About the race
The Ubly Homecoming 5K is an annual run and walk held in Ubly, Michigan on Sunday June 27, 2027. The event takes place at Ubly Veterans Park with a course that is well marked, starts at the Ubly DPW, winds through the streets of Ubly, and finishes on the walking path at Veterans Park. The event includes both a 5K and a separate kids course.

The 5K is professionally timed by Miller Race Management and results will be posted shortly after the race and made available online. Water is provided on course and refreshments are available at the finish. Facilities include porta-johns on site and restrooms in the park pavilion.
Awards are given as custom awards to male and female overall winners and to the top three finishers in each age group for both the run and the walk; presentations take place in the park pavilion at the conclusion of the races. Age groups are 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & over.
Pre-registration fee tiers are listed for early and later registration, with additional charges for larger shirts and no guarantee of shirts for registrations after June 6, 2027. A free kids run is held at Veterans Park for ages 4 to 10; first place male and female in the kids run receive a custom dog tag medal and all finishers receive a ribbon or prize.
