Event Overview
The Harbor Beach Maritime 5K is scheduled for Wednesday, July 8, 2026. It features three separate events: a Maritime 5K Run, a Maritime 5K Walk, and a Kiddie Cruise. The start and finish address is 210 S. First Street in Harbor Beach, Michigan.
Course Details
The course is a scenic 5K out-and-back route. It starts on the beach, travels along a smooth bike path, and continues down to the marina, offering waterfront views and a sightline to an iconic lighthouse. Single strollers are welcome and recommended for the sand portion of the course. Leashed pets are also permitted to participate.
Registration & Awards
Early online registration is priced at $30, with the price increasing on July 8. Race day packet pickup is available from 4:45 PM to 5:45 PM at Lincoln Memorial Park.
Overall awards are given to the top male and female finishers in both the 5K run and 5K walk events. Age group awards are presented to the top finisher in each category, covering a wide range from 1-12 to 70+. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
