Event overview
The Harbor Beach Maritime 5K takes place on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 in Harbor Beach, Michigan. The event program includes a 5K Maritime Run, a 5K Maritime Walk, and a Kiddie Cruise. Course and entries
The course is an out-and-back route that begins on the beach, follows a smooth bike path, and continues down to the marina with waterfront views and a sightline to the local lighthouse. Single strollers are allowed and are recommended for the sand portion. Leashed pets are permitted.
Packet pickup and awards
Race day packet pickup is at Bathing Beach Park. Overall awards are given to the top male and female in both the 5K Run and 5K Walk. Age-group awards are given to the top finisher in each category: 1-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
