U Can Finish 5 Mile & 2 Mile Presented by AdventHealth - Track Shack
This event takes place on Sunday, October 11, 2026 at the University of Central Florida Memory Mall in Orlando, FL. It is part of the Track Shack Running Series presented by AdventHealth and offers both in-person and virtual participation.
Distances include:
- 2 Mile
- 5 Mile
- Free Kids' Run
- Distance Dare (both 5 Mile and 2 Mile for a total of 7 miles)
Participants receive an event tech shirt and finisher medals for the 5 Mile, 2 Mile, and Distance Dare. The races are B-Tag timed. A team challenge awards a $500 donation to the charity of the team with the most participants, with a minimum team size of 15 and final counts determined by registrations received by Saturday, October 10.
Beneficiaries include the Track Shack Youth Foundation and the University of Central Florida Department of Health Sciences. The course tours the UCF campus and passes notable campus buildings and natural areas.
Policies and logistics noted by the organizer include non-refundable entry fees, a $15 transfer fee to transfer registration to another participant, and a $30 deferral fee to move an entry to the following year. Virtual participants can choose bib pickup or shipping for race packets. Course limits require participants to maintain approximately a 15 minute per mile pace. Strollers are prohibited at the U Can Finish 5 Mile. Wheelchair athletes may compete; push-rim athletes are eligible for awards and handcycle athletes compete in an exhibition category.
