Twins Days 5K Fun Run/Walk
The Twins Days 5K Fun Run & Walk is held in conjunction with the Twins Days Festival in Twinsburg, Ohio. The event takes place on a Sunday morning at Dodge Intermediate School, located across the street from the festival site. Proceeds from the event are donated to Empower Sports, a nonprofit that provides sports and exercise programs for children and adults with physical and cognitive disabilities.
The program includes a community 5K run and walk plus a children’s fun run on the school track. Prizes are awarded to the top three finishers overall and to the top three finishers in each age group. The event is listed as part of the Ohio Challenge Series.
Practical race features described by the organizer include on-site race-day registration near the pavilion at Dodge Intermediate School and a start/finish area at the school parking lot entrance. The setting places the course adjacent to the Twins Days Festival grounds, allowing easy access between festival activities and the run/walk.
