The half marathon course is USATF certified. All courses are entirely on paved road or trail and the event uses chip timing for individual results. Half marathon water stations provide both water and sports drink. Pacers will be provided for the half marathon.
Finish line items include hot apple cider, caramel apples, a 2026 finisher mug for every participant, and a half marathon finisher medal. A 5K finisher medal is available as an add-on. Event gear is offered as runner choice between a classic t-shirt or an upgraded thin-tec 1/4 zip hoodie. Free digital photos are provided after the race, though photos are not guaranteed.
Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each age group and overall for the half marathon and 5K chip-timed categories. Age groups start at 10 and under and progress in standard ranges through 70 plus.
Additional notes: packet mailing is available for a fee, there is no gear check on site, headphones are allowed but use is discouraged, strollers are permitted for walkers and joggers only, and all participants must sign an online waiver.
