Event overview
The Tweedbank to Lauder social run is scheduled for 2 January 2026. The route runs from Tweedbank Sports Complex (TD1 3RS) to the Lauderdale Hotel (TD2 6TW) and follows part of the Southern Upland Way. The event is organised by Gala Harriers Athletic Club and is described as a social New Year run.

The entry fee is £6.50 per person and is pre-entry only. Places are limited to 120 in total. Registration is open and entries close on 27 December 2025. In case of cancellation for weather, collected funds will be donated to a local charity.
Participants are required to carry full waterproofs, a fully charged mobile phone, and food. Food at the finish will include a bacon or egg roll and a vegetarian/vegan option.
