Tutty Baker Fest 5K
Tutty Baker Fest 5K is a community 5K run/walk held in downtown Freeport on July 11, 2026. The course uses the Pecatonica Prairie Trail and the event staging is at Tutty's Crossing Trailhead with a shot gun start.
Registration is open from May 3 until July 10, 2026. Day of registration and packet pick up are available. Entry fees are $30 for adults and $15 for children 14 years old and under. Register by June 25 to guarantee a t-shirt; a limited number of shirts will be available after that date and on the day of the event. Adult unisex shirt sizes are small, medium, large, XL and XXL. Youth shirt sizes are small, medium and large.
Proceeds from the event go to Friends Forever Humane Society. Awards are given to the top overall female and male and to the top three finishers in each age group. Age divisions are 1-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79 and 80 plus.
