Tushars Mountain Runs - Eagle Point Resort, Beaver, UT
Tushars Mountain Runs is a series of high elevation mountain races held at Eagle Point Resort near Beaver, Utah on Saturday, August 1, 2026. The event offers multiple distances with marked trail courses and staffed aid stations.
Distances
- 100K - approximately 63.7 miles, 16,392 ft total elevation gain
- 70K - approximately 45.3 miles, 11,720 ft total elevation gain
- Marathon - approximately 26.7 miles, 6,850 ft total elevation gain
- Half Marathon - approximately 14.5 miles, 3,981 ft total elevation gain
Courses start and finish near 10,500 feet, peak above 11,500 feet, and spend much of the routes between roughly 9,500 and 10,500 feet. Trails include technical singletrack and alpine sections; junctions are marked with orange ribbons with black polka dots, reflective medallions, laminated signs, and checkerboard flagging for wrong way trails. Aid stations are present on course and some distances allow crew access, pacers, and drop bags at specified locations; pacers are restricted to the longer distances.
Required gear for the longer races includes a rain jacket, space/emergency blanket, cell phone or GPS device, whistle, reusable cup, and headlamp. Organizers note a current wildfire threat affecting Eagle Point Resort and parts of the courses and are monitoring conditions and posting updates.
