Tushars Mountain Runs - Beaver, Utah
Tushars Mountain Runs is a multi-distance trail running event held at Eagle Point Resort near Beaver, Utah on Saturday, August 1, 2026. The event offers four race distances:
- 100K 63.7 miles, 16,392 feet elevation gain
- 70K 45.3 miles, 11,720 feet elevation gain
- Marathon 26.7 miles, 6,850 feet elevation gain
- Half Marathon 14.5 miles, 3,981 feet elevation gain
All courses are high-elevation, technical mountain routes that start and finish near 10,500 feet, peak above 11,500 feet, and spend most of the distance around 9,500–10,500 feet. Runners encounter sustained climbing on roughly half of each course, marked singletrack, and multiple aid stations. Course markings include orange ribbons with reflective medallions and laminated junction signs; blue-and-white checkerboard flagging marks wrong-way trails.
Required gear for the 100K, 70K, and Marathon includes a rain jacket, emergency blanket, cell phone or GPS device, whistle, reusable cup, and headlamp. Trekking poles and a water filter are recommended. Crew and pacer policies vary by distance: pacers are allowed for the 100K and 70K at specified aid locations, while crews generally have access at designated zones or at the start/finish for shorter distances. Drop-bag options are available at specific aid stations for the longer events.
On-site lodging and camping options are available at Eagle Point Resort, including tent and RV areas and nearby dispersed forest camping. Medical staff are based at the start/finish. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
