TURKEY TROT - Rapid City
The Black Hills Runners Club presents the 47th annual Turkey Trot at Old Storybook Island Shelter in Rapid City, South Dakota on November 26, 2026. The event is organized as a community 5K with separate registration categories and a mix of timed and untimed participation options.
Registration details include early pricing through October 30, 2026 with prices increasing October 31, 2026. Registration closes November 25, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Shirt purchases must be completed by November 18, 2026. The event listing shows these registration fees:

A limited number of finisher medals are available; medals are issued only to registered participants who wear their race bib visibly. A race store is open for shirt purchases and a limited number of exclusive 5-panel Turkey Trot racing hats are available for $12 while supplies last. Early packet pickup is available at Black Hills Running Company on November 25, and packet pickup is offered on the morning of the event.
