Turkey Trot Friday 5k 10k 15k Half Marathon - Long Beach
The event takes place on November 27, 2026 on the Long Beach Shoreline Path at 5400 E Ocean Blvd in Belmont Shores, Long Beach, CA. The course is an open beach-path route; participants should be courteous to pedestrians, other runners, and cyclists.
The route uses marked out-and-back loops on the beach path. Loop structure by distance is provided:
- 5k
- 10k
- 15k
- Half marathon
Course details: the 5k is an out-and-back route; the 10k is two 5k loops; the 15k is three 5k loops; the half marathon uses three 4.36 mile loops. An aid station is located at the turnaround near the start/finish and provides water cups, water bottles, Gatorade cups, and Gu gels.
Registration includes custom finisher medals, drawstring goodie bags, race photos and videos, live results at finish, cinematic race highlight reels, trophies and achievement badges, a race app with tracking features, and an assortment of snacks and samples. Age group awards are available for pickup at the race only and will not be mailed.
Policies and practical notes: transfers require organizer approval and there is a no refund policy. The half marathon has a 3 hour 15 minute time limit. Parking is free in nearby residential areas; a paid beach parking lot is also available using on site ticket machines or the Passport Parking zone 9372.
