Turkey Trot and Fun Run
Turkey Trot and Fun Run is a community running event in Topeka, Kansas, held at 5900 SW 61st Street in November 2026. The program includes multiple entries: a community 5K, a separate USD437 staff and student 5K, a Fun Run, and a mascot race.
Registration opens on August 1, 2026. Community registration closes October 16, 2026, and the USD437 staff and student entry closes October 17, 2026. Registration fees are $40.00 for community entries and $20.00 for USD437 staff and students. Registrations submitted by October 16 are guaranteed a shirt.
Members of PTOs from every elementary school in USD437 collaborated on the event. Funds raised will be divided equally among the participating elementary schools.
