Turkey Trot and Fun Run
The event takes place in Topeka at 5900 SW 61st Street. It is organized by PTOs from every elementary school in USD437 and is intended for students, staff and the wider community. Funds raised by the event will be divided equally among the participating elementary schools.
The program includes a Mascot Race, a community Fun Run and a 5K race. Registration opens on 2026-08-01; different entry categories have registration deadlines in mid-October 2026. A shirt is guaranteed for those who register by 2026-10-16.
Registration fees are listed by entry type: community entries and USD437 staff and student entries have different fees. The event is presented as a school and community activity with proceeds supporting the district elementary schools.
