9th Annual Tucson Wicked Half Marathon
The Tucson Wicked Half Marathon is an annual running event held at Brandi Fenton Memorial Park in Tucson, Arizona. The 2026 edition offers multiple distances on an open-use trail system consisting of asphalt and concrete surfaces. The courses start and end at the same location within the park. Participation is limited to 600 runners across all distances.
Available distances include:
- Half Marathon (21.1 km)
- 10K
- 5K
- Spooky Kids Sprint (0.5 miles)
- Virtual Run
The half marathon distance has a 4-hour time limit. Course support includes water and Gatorade stations located at regular intervals, with GU Gels provided at specific points for half marathon participants. Restrooms are accessible along the trail at Rillito Regional Park and Children's Memorial Park.
All participants receive a custom finisher's medal and a dri-fit tech t-shirt. For the children's Spooky Kids Sprint, which is an untimed event, participants receive a trick-or-treat bag to collect items from volunteers along the course. The event utilizes chip timing for the 5K, 10K, and half marathon races, with age group awards provided for the top three male and female finishers in various categories. The venue is pet-friendly for leashed animals and permits strollers and wagons, provided they start at the back of the pack.
Pre-race packet pick-up is available the day before the event at Road Runner Sports on North Oracle Road, as well as on the morning of the races. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
