About the race
Tucson Fit & Fun Run is a community 5K event held at Brandi Fenton Memorial Park in Tucson, AZ. The event is presented as a Community 5K sponsored by Banner Health and includes an in-person 5K Run/Walk and a Virtual Run option. Proceeds benefit clinical care programs at Banner University Medicine and the University of Arizona Cancer Center. The Banner Health Foundation is listed as a fundraising organization.

All participants receive a custom event finisher's medal and a custom event dri-fit tech t-shirt, with a $5 reduction available for selecting no shirt. The event uses chip timing with real time results and publishes photos. Overall awards are given to the top three male and female finishers. Pre- and post-race refreshments are provided, including granola bars, fruit, water, and Gatorade.
Race day procedures include on-site registration and packet pickup beginning on race morning. Wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons are welcome; roller blades, skateboards, skates, and motorized devices are not permitted on the course. Leashed pets are allowed. There is no bag check due to the common start and finish area. Mail-in registrations are accepted through October 5, 2026.
