About the race
TTT (Tricks, Trails & Treats) is an orienteering race held on the trails of Parc du Brûlé and Parc de l'Éperon in Lac-Beauport, Quebec. Teams of two to three people navigate a series of GPX points shared shortly before the start; solo participants are paired with others on the day. The route will form a run of roughly 8-10 km depending on participants' navigation skills and knowledge of the terrain.
Prizes are planned for the fastest team and there is a participation prize. Mandatory equipment includes a cellphone with the AllTrails app, a headlamp, and a costume. Parking is available at 78 Chemin du Brûlé and participants gather at 95 Chemin du Brûlé. An after-run gathering at 95 Chemin du Brûlé will include beer, candy (Xact), chips, a sauna, and music; participants are advised to bring a change of clothes or a spare costume if needed.
Registration is offered for teams and for solo participants who will be assigned to teams on the day. The event contact is Club de trail LCDC. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
