All Star Smiles Trick or Trot 3K
The Trick or Trot 3K is a running event held in Manchester, New Hampshire, centered at the Backyard Brewery. The main event features a 3 km course designed as an out-and-back route with a common start and finish line at the brewery. In addition to the adult race, the event includes the Lil’ Pumpkin Run for children.

The Lil’ Pumpkin Run is a 100-yard dash specifically for children aged 8 and younger. It is divided into three age divisions: 4 and younger, 5-6, and 7-8. All participants in the kids' run receive a finisher medal. For the 3 km race, awards are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as the top three finishers in five-year age groups ranging from 12 and under to 80 and over.
Participants in the 3 km race receive various amenities, including running gloves for the first 1,000 registrants, a finisher video, and digital race photos. Adult participants aged 21 and over also receive a ticket for a post-race drink at the venue. Post-race refreshments such as water, yogurt, and bananas are provided at the finish line.
The event also offers a virtual participation option, allowing runners to complete the distance at their own location and submit their results online.
