About the race
All Star Smiles Trick or Trot is a community running event held on October 31, 2026 in Manchester, NH, with Backyard Brewery & Kitchen hosting the race and serving as the common start and finish location. The main race is a 3k out-and-back course that uses the brewery as start/finish. A Lil’ Pumpkin Run for children is also part of the event.
The Lil’ Pumpkin Run is a 100 yard fun dash with three age divisions: 4 & under, 5–6, and 7–8. All kids who finish the Lil’ Pumpkin Runs receive a Dartmouth Health Children’s Lil’ Pumpkin Run medal.
Event services include packet pick-up options at the Millennium Running retail store and at Race Day HQ at Backyard Brewery. Post-race refreshments include water, Stonyfield Organic yogurt, and fresh bananas. Adult in-person participants (21 and older) receive a bib tear-off tag for a post-race beer redeemable at Backyard Brewery; ID is required for beer redemption.
Awards are presented to the top three overall men and women and to the top three male and female in each five-year age group; awards must be claimed at the Awards Tent and will not be mailed. Free digital race photos are provided after the event and finishers receive a link to a finish-line video. The event’s official charity partner is Girls on the Run NH.
