All Star Smiles Trick or Trot 3K
The All Star Smiles Trick or Trot is a running event held on October 31, 2026, in Manchester, New Hampshire, with Backyard Brewery & Kitchen serving as the race venue. The 3k course is an easy out and back with a common start and finish located at the brewery.

The event includes a kids Halloween festival and a stage magic show. Early bib pick-up is available at the Millennium Running Retail Store in Bedford; race day bib pick-up is available at Race Day HQ at Backyard Brewery. Parking is available at the brewery and nearby lots on Abby Road and South Willow Street, with parking marshals on site.
Post-race refreshments include water, Stonyfield Organic yogurt, and fresh bananas. Adult in-person participants age 21 and over receive a beer ticket redeemable at Backyard Brewery; ID is required. Free digital race photos are provided by AutoFair and are posted several business days after the event. Finishers receive a link to a finish line video by email shortly after the race.
Awards are given to the top three overall men and women and to the top three in five-year age groups from 12 and under through 80 plus. All Lil' Pumpkin Run finishers receive medals. Virtual participants may submit results for miles toward the Elliot Millennium Series Jacket, though virtual entries do not earn Points Chase points.
