Event Overview
The Tribe Fitness Challenge – Trail takes place at 185 Sawmill Rd in Hamilton, New Jersey. This event is an obstacle-oriented competition designed to measure strength and endurance through a combination of interval running and functional movement stations. The course consists of eight specific zones separated by 400m interval runs.
Course and Stations
The competition features various physical tasks at designated stations. Participants alternate between running and completing the following zones:
- Zone 1: 15 Cal Assault Bike
- Zone 2: Mystery Zone
- Zone 3: 500m Ski
- Zone 4: 100m Ram Walking Lunges (44 lb for men, 33 lb for women)
- Zone 5: 500m Row
- Zone 6: Sand Bag Suicide
- Zone 7: Mystery Zone
- Zone 8: 100m Sled Push (300 lb for men, 200 lb for women)
Participation Formats
The event offers several ways to compete:
- Elite Singles: A solo 2.5 Mile distance featuring the full course.
- Open Singles: A solo participation format for individual athletes.
- Elite and Open Doubles: Two-person teams that split the zones as they choose.
- Relays: Four-person teams available in all-male, all-female, or co-ed configurations.
- Gym Champions Relay: A specific wave for representatives of gym affiliates.
Elite participants are eligible for age-group prizes and banners. The Elite Singles wave includes top co-ed, male, and female pairs with no age groupings, and a prize is awarded to the top team. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
