Triathlon Relays Championship 2026
The Triathlon Relays Championship takes place on 29 August 2026 at the National Watersports Centre, Adbolton Lane, Nottingham, England. The event is organised by TriSociety and staged on a closed road course at the National Water Sports Centre.
The race is contested by teams of four. Each team member completes the swim, then the bike, then the run before tagging the next team member so that all four athletes complete each leg in turn. Distances per athlete are:
- 500 m swim per athlete
- 15 km bike per athlete
- 5 km run per athlete
Two championship pathways are available: Triathlon England Championships for affiliated club members and HUUB Championships for non-members. Triathlon England medals are contested across age categories in the morning session for Female and Open teams and in the afternoon session for Mixed teams. Ages are calculated at 31 December 2026 and all four team members must meet the category criteria. Category rules include juniors (under 20 and at least 15, born 2007 to 2011), seniors (born 2006 or earlier), Vet 40 (born 1986 or earlier), Vet 50 (born 1976 or earlier) and mixed teams with a two female plus two open composition.
