Triple Ultra Triathlon Lensahn
The Triple Ultra Triathlon Lensahn is a challenging long-distance triathlon event that covers three times the Ironman distance. Participants swim 11.4 kilometers, cycle 540 kilometers, and run a total of 126.6 kilometers. Established in 1992 by extreme athlete Wolfgang Kulow, the event takes place annually on the last weekend of July in Lensahn, attracting around 50 athletes each year.
The swimming segment occurs in a local pool, while the cycling and running portions consist of multiple laps on designated courses. Athletes must have completed an Ironman or equivalent event in the previous two years to qualify. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
