Triathlon de LaSalle
Triathlon de LaSalle offers triathlon, duathlon and running events at Parc des Rapides in LaSalle (7770 Bd LaSalle). The programme includes discovery and sprint formats and accepts solo participants, teams and families across multiple age groups and levels.
A guided tour of the race site and a "My First Triathlon" clinic take place the day before the event. Bib pick-up is available the day before or on race morning. Once online registration closes there will be no on-site registration or distance changes.
Timing chips are mandatory and must be returned or replacement will be charged. The bib is required to enter the transition area. A swimming cap provided by the organization is compulsory. Wetsuit use follows Triathlon Québec rules and officials will decide on race morning. Headphones are strictly forbidden.
The swim takes place in a section of the St. Lawrence River that resembles a lake. The bike course includes tight technical turns; the run uses a paved bike path and a pedestrian lane. The event promotes eco-responsibility and athletes must carry out their waste. A post-race snack is available with bib proof. Official results will be published on the timing website.
