Triathlon de LaSalle : Overview
The Triathlon de LaSalle is scheduled for 23 August 2026 at Parc des Rapides in LaSalle, Quebec. The event offers multiple disciplines on the same site: discovery and sprint triathlons, duathlons and running races. It accepts individual athletes, teams and family entries across a range of ages and categories.
The event includes a guided site tour and a "My First Triathlon" clinic the day before competition. Bib pickup is available the day before the event and on race morning. Once online registrations are closed, there will be no on-site registration or distance changes.
Race operations use electronic timing chips that must be collected and returned; lost or unreturned chips may incur a charge. The organizer provides the swimming cap and wearing it is mandatory. Headphones for music are prohibited during competition. Wetsuit use follows Triathlon Québec rules and officials will advise competitors on race morning. Volunteers will check equipment in the transition area; the bib is required for access and athletes are asked to limit personal items there.
Parking at Parc des Rapides is limited; additional street parking is available west of 7th Avenue and east of Raymond Street. A post-race snack will be offered to finishers and all participants receive a participation medal; podium medals are awarded to top finishers and winning teams at the official ceremony. Results will be posted on the timing provider's website.

- Sprint Triathlon: 750 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run
- Discovery Triathlon: 375 m swim, 10 km bike, 2.5 km run
- Sprint Duathlon: 5 km run, 20 km bike, 2.5 km run
- Running races: 10 km, 5 km, 1 km
- Youth duathlons: multiple short distances by age category
