About the race
Trail Uewersauer is a trail running event with multiple certified routes in the Upper Sauer natural park region. The event listing shows an occurrence on 22.11 in Heiderscheid. All courses are ITRA certified and GPX files are available for download.

Practical information for participants and visitors includes a roadbook for spectators and accompanists and a written event regulation with conditions of participation and safety instructions. To reduce waste, there are no disposable cups at aid stations; participants are asked to bring a reusable cup. GPS tracks for each distance can be downloaded.
Overnight options presented for visitors near the race area include a youth hostel in Lultzhausen with 92 beds in shared rooms, and the Fuussekaul family campsite inside the Parc Naturel Supérieur de la Sauer.
