Trail Nut 5K and 1 Mile
Trail Nut 5K and 1 Mile takes place at Turkey Mountain Urban Wilderness Area in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Races start from the Upper Parking lot. The event includes multiple entries and is conducted on trail terrain.

Both individual races are timed and award finisher medals. A double entry receives two finisher medals. Registration for these races opens on 2025-11-26 and closes on 2026-03-20. Posted registration fees are $39.00 for the 5K, $29.00 for the 1 Mile, and $53.00 for the double entry.
Trail Nut is the second race in the annual Turkey Triple trail series. Other races in the series include Trail Madness in March and Escape from Turkey Mountain, a 5 mile and 2 mile race in September. Participants in the series receive an additional special medal for each race. Registration for the series closes prior to the first race in March. The 2026 Turkey Triple is sold out.
