Trail du Massif du Sud : 9th edition
The Trail du Massif du Sud takes place on August 22, 2026 at Parc du Massif du Sud in Saint-Philémon, Chaudière-Appalaches. Presented by Desjardins, the event includes several trail race distances, a participatory 6 km walk, and a 2 km children’s race.

The park terrain is described as technical. Race specifications in the program include notable elevation figures: the 32 km race lists +1543 m of positive elevation and ascents including Mont Saint-Magloire (917 m); the 22 km race shows about +1012 m. Age restrictions apply by distance (for example 32 km: 16 years and older; 22 km and 11 km: 14 years and older; 6 km: 12 years and older; 2 km: children 12 and under).
Medals are awarded to the top three men and women in each official race and all children finishing the 2 km receive a medal. A post-race snack is provided to participants. The event hub is Pavillon Desjardins, located 400 meters from the park reception; parking P1 to P3 is available nearby.
