The Trail du Massif du Sud 2026 is the 9th edition of an annual trail running event presented by Desjardins. It takes place on Saturday 22 August 2026 at Parc du Massif du Sud in Saint-Philémon, Chaudière-Appalaches. Online registration is open from 1 December 2025 until 18 August 2026. - 22 km - altitude range 474 m to 917 m; positive gain +1,012 m; age 14 and over.
- 11 km - altitude range 474 m to 666 m; positive gain +413 m; age 14 and over.
- 6 km (race) - altitude range 474 m to 618 m; positive gain +210 m; age 12 and over.
- 6 km (walk) - same route as 6 km race, not timed; age 12 and over.
- 2 km (children) - low elevation, cumulative gain 39 m; open to children 12 and under.
All participants must wear a numbered bib with an electronic chip. The Pavillon Desjardins serves as the main site for departures, arrivals and the partner zone; vehicles are not allowed near the pavilion and attendees must walk from the park entrance. The event includes post-race snacks for participants, medals for the top three men and women in each race, and medals for children finishing the 2 km.
