Trail du Massif du Sud 9th edition presented by Desjardins
The Trail du Massif du Sud takes place on 22 August 2026 at Parc du Massif du Sud in Saint-Philémon, in the Chaudière-Appalaches region. The event offers several distances across forest trails and gravel tracks.
- 32 km race, age 16 and over, positive elevation +1543 m, summits included
- 22 km race, age 14 and over, positive elevation +1012 m
- 11 km race, age 14 and over, positive elevation +413 m
- 6 km race, age 12 and over, positive elevation +210 m
- 6 km walk, not timed, same route as the 6 km race
- 2 km children race, for ages 12 and under, low elevation
The park territory is described as technical and demanding; participants should be prepared for narrow singletrack, technical footpaths and sections on wider gravel multifunctional tracks. Medals are awarded to the top three men and women in each official race and to all children who finish the 2 km. A post race snack and beverage service is provided to participants and free physiotherapy services are available near the finish for registered entrants.
