Trail du Massif du Sud
The 9th edition of the Trail du Massif du Sud takes place on Saturday, August 22, 2026. The event offers several running and walking distances in the Massif du Sud park.
The available courses are:
- 32 km: this route climbs the three main peaks of the park. It passes Mont Chocolat (717 m), Crête des Grives (828 m), and Mont Saint-Magloire (917 m). The latter is the highest point in the Chaudière-Appalaches region.
- 22 km
- 11 km
- 6 km run or walk.
The event gathers over 600 participants each year. Corporate teams of 16 people or more can be formed. In that case, each runner chooses their preferred distance.
Corporate teams have access to an exclusive area located near the start and finish zone. This area includes picnic tables, a cheering zone, and a spot for a tent. Camping spaces are also available at a preferential rate, as well as shelter rentals (subject to availability). Training outings can be organized on site for groups.
