Trail Blazer Run
The Trail Blazer Run will take place Thursday, June 11, 2026, at the CCWA Paradise Farm Camps property in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. The event includes three trail events over natural terrain on the Paradise Farm grounds, which have hosted the run since 2013.
The event was established in 2012 and consistently features over 300 participants, about 50 volunteers, and dozens of local sponsors. One hundred percent of proceeds support East Bradford Township's public trail program. These funds pay for tools, equipment, and materials used by a volunteer corps of more than 100 people to maintain over 19 miles of trails across 24 properties totaling over 1,000 acres. Proceeds also support planning and development of new trails, including the East Branch Brandywine Trail extension and the Plum Run Trail at Plum Run Preserve.
Early online registration is open on Run the Day; early online registrations save $5. The event will also help celebrate America 250, the 250th anniversary of the founding of the nation.

- 5K Run - added in 2024; shorter trail distance with similar course features.
- 1.5 Mile Family Fun Walk/Run - for families, younger children, and walkers.
