Towne Lake Half Marathon, 10K and 5K: McKinney, Texas
The 6th annual Towne Lake Half Marathon, 10K and 5K takes place on Sunday, April 19, 2026, in McKinney, Texas. The event uses local trails and highlights views of Towne Lake and the McKinney Nature Preserve in Collin County.
All three in-person courses are USATF certified. Distances offered include:

- 10K
- 5K

All race participants, including 5K and 10K finishers, receive a finisher medal and a gender-specific technical shirt while supplies last. The event benefits the McKinney Police Association, a fraternal, benevolent and charitable 501(c) organization that supports local officers and the community.
Entry fees for in-person events are non-refundable and non-transferable. The event is held rain or shine. Virtual entries include a shirt, medal and bib; virtual packets are shipped to US continental addresses and are scheduled to ship approximately four to six weeks after the event date.
