Towne Lake Half Marathon - McKinney, Texas
The Towne Lake event includes a half marathon, a 10K, and a 5K held in McKinney in Collin County. All three courses are USATF certified and run along trails that feature views of Towne Lake and areas of McKinney, Texas.
The race is organized by AMPT Running Co and is part of the organizer's multi-race series. Series participants who complete the full set of events receive exclusive series swag. The event benefits the McKinney Police Association, a fraternal, benevolent and charitable 501(c) organization that supports its police officers and the local community.
All race participants receive a finisher medal and a gender-specific technical shirt while supplies last. A virtual option is offered for the half marathon, 10K, and 5K; virtual packets for US continental addresses include shirt, medal, and bib and are scheduled to ship about four to six weeks after the event date. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, and the event is held rain or shine.
