Town of Pendleton 5k and Fun Run
The Pendleton Recreation Association and Down Home Health DPC host the 2nd annual Running of the Bulldogs. This community event takes place in the Town of Pendleton and offers two distinct distances for participants of different ages.
The event features the following distances:
- 5 km
- 1 mile
Participants in both the 5 km and the 1 mile fun run start at Veterans Park. The course leads runners through the Town of Pendleton before returning to finish at the same park location. The route remains the same as previous iterations.
All proceeds from the race are used to benefit youth sports programs organized by the Pendleton Recreation Association. Following the completion of the events, participants are invited to stay for a community gathering focused on food and fellowship, organized in partnership with Unity in the Community.
