Tour de Essex takes place on October 10, 2026 at Essex Park, West River Road Northwest, Rochester, MN. The event offers separate trail and road race options plus a combined entry for participants who want to run both courses.

The Trail 7k is the event's traditional trail run through Essex Park. The Road 10k is presented as an alternative on road surfaces. The Essex Challenge combines the 10k and the 7k into a single entry; participants in the Essex Challenge receive an additional swag item.
Registration is available in standard entries that include swag and in no-swag entries. Published registration fees are: Trail 7k $39.44, Road 10k $44.79, Essex Challenge $60.83, Trail 7k no swag $28.74, and Road 10k no swag $28.74. Registration opens March 22 and runs through October 10, 2026.
