Toughest 'N Texas Trail Runs : Waco, Texas

The Toughest 'N Texas Trail Runs take place on April 18, 2026 at Cameron Park in Waco, Texas. The event uses the Redwood Pavilion area for the start and finish and runs on trails along the Brazos and Bosque Rivers.

  • 10 mile
  • 10K (6.2 miles)
  • 5K (3.1 miles)

The course is mostly single track and is described as rocky, hilly, and rooty. Aid stations are located at the start/finish and at 2.25 miles, 4.0 miles, and 7.75 miles of each loop. The event will be conducted as a cupless race.

Packet pick up and late registration are available on Friday at the Waco Running Company, 700 Franklin Ave, Waco, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm; packets may also be picked up on race morning at the Redwood Pavilion.

Finishers receive medals. Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in Open and Masters categories, with Masters defined as age 50 and over. Post race food and drink include breakfast tacos, lunch tacos, beer, soda, and water. A guaranteed shirt and choice of shirt size is offered if registration is completed by April 1st.
