Totley Moor
Totley Moor is held on 19 May 2026 and starts and finishes outside the Totley AC pavilion at the top of the playing field behind the Cricket Inn on Penny Lane, Sheffield S17 3AZ. The event has an entry limit of 250 and an entry fee of £8.
The race covers 10.5 kilometres (approximately 6.5 miles) with about 440 metres of climb and is classified as a Category B medium race. The fixed, well marshalled route runs over varied terrain including road, track and footpath through woodland, fields and open moorland. Runners must remain on the designated paths shown on the route map and pass checkpoints in sequence.
Changing facilities and showers are available in the pavilion. On-course facilities include toilets, food and a pub; parking is limited and signposted. Organisers encourage car sharing and note a local bus service that stops within a short walk of the start.
FRA Best Practice kit may be required depending on conditions and mandatory kit inspections can be carried out; numbers must be clearly visible at the start, checkpoints and finish. Dogs are not permitted on the course. Prize giving takes place in the bar area; prizes include top three male and female, first Totley runner, awards in age groups 18-23, Senior, V40, V50, V60 and V70, and a small number of spot prizes.
