Topeka Pumpkin Run
The Topeka Pumpkin Run takes place Sunday, October 25, 2026 at Felker Park in Topeka, Kansas. The event combines a timed 5K and a shorter family Fun Run or Family Stroll and includes a Trunk or Treat component.
The 5K course is a 1.55 mile loop that begins in the Felker Park parking lot, heads south to the Shunga Trail, follows the Shunga Trail east to McDonald Field parking lot for the turnaround, then returns to finish in the Felker Park parking lot.
The Fun Run or Family Stroll is a 1.2 mile loop that also starts in the Felker Park parking lot, proceeds south to the Shunga Trail, continues east until marked turnaround signs and event staff, and then returns to the Felker Park parking lot to finish.
The event is associated with Topeka South Rotary and helps raise funds for polio eradication. Sponsors support the event at multiple levels and event photos are maintained on the event social pages. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
