Cytiva Top of Utah Marathon - Logan, Utah
The Cytiva Top of Utah Marathon takes place in Logan, Utah on September 19, 2026. The event offers multiple race distances and uses an urban start and finish in downtown Logan.

The race served as the USA Track & Field Utah Marathon Championship Race for 2026. It is a qualifying race for the 2027 Abbott World Marathon Majors Age Group World Championship window and is the only Olympic Trials Marathon qualifier event in Utah for the 2028 U.S. Olympic Team Trials. Athletes must meet the published qualifying standards to enter the Olympic Trials.
The course is a Boston-qualifying route that follows the Logan River Trail, passes the Logan River Golf Course, continues on country roads and wetland areas, and runs under Cache National Forest and the Wellsville Mountain Range. The route passes through the west side of Logan and Cache Valley, with the city block from 100 West to Main Street closed for the start and finish. Course grade is at or near zero.
Race services include frequent aid stations, pacers, course signage at turns, on-course and finish-line photos, accurate timing and instant results. All registered runners receive a VIP card for a post-race refueler. The Family Place is the official charity partner; each 5K registration donates $12.50 and Cytiva adds an extra $10 per 5K entry.
