About the race
The Cytiva Top of Utah Marathon is a road race in Logan, Utah held on September 19, 2026. The event includes multiple race distances and serves as the USA Track & Field Utah Marathon Championship Race for 2026. It is also listed as a qualifying race for the Abbott World Marathon Majors Age Group World Championship window and as an Olympic Trials - Marathon qualifier for the 2028 U.S. Olympic Team Trials.

The course runs through downtown Logan and along the Logan River Trail, past the Logan River Golf Course, on open country roads and wetland areas beneath the Cache National Forest and the Wellsville Mountain Range. The downtown start and finish use closed city blocks near Main Street with nearby parking. The marathon offers 18 aid stations with Pure Culligan Water at every station; several stations also supply energy gels, sports drink, fresh fruit, anti-chafe cream, first aid supplies and portable restrooms. The half marathon has nine aid stations; the 10K and 5K have fewer stations.
Event services include packet pick-up at race headquarters, gear storage and clothing-drop points with return to a central gear tent. Timing uses the Runnercard RFID bib system and results are available immediately at the finish. The marathon has a 6 hour 20 minute course time limit.
