Tonbridge Triathlon
Tonbridge Triathlon is held at Tonbridge School Sports Centre and is organised in partnership with Tonbridge Lions. The event uses a controlled, 25 m heated pool with seeded starts and lane control for the swim leg. Multiple race formats are offered: Sprint and Standard triathlon, Aqua Bike, Aquathlon, and relay teams.
- Swim: Sprint 400 m, Standard 800 m, 25 m heated pool.
- Bike: Sprint 25 km, Standard 50 km, 25 km lap route.
- Run: Sprint 5 km, Standard 10 km, mixed terrain, finish on an athletics track.
Aqua Bike covers swim and bike only. Aquathlon covers swim and run. Relay teams consist of two or three people with each athlete completing their chosen discipline.
All competitors must hold a race licence. A single use Race Pass is required in addition to an event entry, or competitors may join as an annual Core or Ultimate member. Single use passes are available when registering through the event registration system.
There is no competitor parking on site. Competitors should use designated town centre car parks, including The Castle, The Ivy House pub and the town swimming pool, which are about a 10 minute walk from the nearest car park. The registration point is signposted inside Tonbridge School Sports Centre.
