Tomball ISD Superintendent's Fun Run : event description

Tomball ISD MOVES presents the Tomball ISD Superintendent's Fun Run on February 28, 2026 at the Tomball Event Center, 20235 Cypress Rosehill Rd, Tomball, TX 77377. The main competition is a timed 5k. Awards will be given to the top three runners in each classification. The event is open to students and staff of the district and to the Tomball community. Funds generated cover the costs of hosting the event; any remaining funds support employee health and wellness incentives across campuses and departments and the Tomball Education Foundation.

In addition to the timed race, a one mile walking course will be set up around the Tomball ISD Stadium. A free festival inside the stadium includes a Kidzone with inflatables, a bounce house, a toddler soft play area, a rock climbing wall, and face-painting, along with Tomball ISD student performances and a Health and Wellness vendor fair. The 5k will be broadcast on the stadium video board for non-participants who wish to watch the race. Parking and venue directions are provided for the Tomball Event Center.
