The Toledo Zoo Dart Frog Dash is scheduled for May 16, 2026 at the Toledo Zoo, 2 Hippo Way, Toledo, OH. The event features several activities held on zoo grounds and nearby public streets, and registrations include zoo parking and admission for the day.
The event program includes an accurate 5K run or walk that uses a course from the Broadway entrance through neighborhoods west of the zoo, returns on zoo grounds via Tembo Trail and finishes in the Main Plaza. The 5K offers age group prizes and chip timing; registrants receive a custom bib.
The Zoo For All Walk is a non-competitive, accessible walk designed to stay within the safety of zoo grounds. It begins near the polar bear fountain on the north side of the zoo and uses an accessible route. The Kids' Fun Run is for children 12 and under and takes place within zoo grounds; young finishers receive a finisher ribbon.
Registrations may include a tri-blend race t-shirt for those registered by May 3, and custom bibs are provided for all events. Packet pickup is available at Dave's Running Shop on the days before the event, with an alternative pickup option on race morning inside the zoo.
