Toledo Zoo Dart Frog Dash
The Toledo Zoo Dart Frog Dash presented by Buckeye Broadband takes place on May 16, 2026, at the Toledo Zoo, 2 Hippo Way, Toledo, OH 43609. The event program includes three events and open registration begins February 2, 2026. Entry fees are listed for each event.
- 5K Run/Walk : $30
- Kids' Fun Run (ages 12 and under) : $15
- Zoo For All Walk (ADA accessible, north side) : $20
Event details
The 5K course starts at the Broadway entrance, goes through neighborhoods west of the Zoo, returns onto Zoo grounds, follows the Tembo Trail, and finishes in the Main Plaza. The Zoo For All Walk and the Kids' Fun Run take place within Zoo grounds; the Kids' Fun Run is located in front of the Aquarium.
Packet pickup is available May 14 and May 15 at Dave's Running Shop, 5700 Monroe St., Sylvania, OH 43560. Packets are also available on the day of the event inside the Aquarium. Registrations may include a custom bib, chip timing for the 5K, a tri-blend race t-shirt if registered by May 3, finisher ribbon for the Kids' Fun Run, age-group prizes for the 5K, and Zoo parking and admission for the day.
Spectator admission: members enter free; non-members pay reduced rates (Adults $16, Seniors $13, Children 2+ $13). Free parking is provided. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
