About the race
The Toledo Roadrunner Turkey Trot Prediction Run is a 5K prediction event held in Ottawa Park at 2200 Kenwood Boulevard, Toledo, OH 43606 on November 22, 2026. Participants estimate how long it will take them to complete the course; registrants who come closest to their actual finish time win turkeys. Participants who wish to compete may not use watches or GPS devices.
Winners must be present to receive awards; if a winner leaves before awards are presented, the prize is passed to the next place. Entry options include pre-registration and race-day entry. Pre-entry fees are $7 for nonmembers and $5 for members; race-day entry may be completed without a fee by donating canned goods (5 cans for Toledo Roadrunner members, 7 cans for nonmembers). On race day, payment is accepted by credit card or canned goods only; cash is not accepted.
Individuals who join the club at registration are eligible for the member entry fee. Organizers accept monetary donations in addition to canned goods; donations will be used to purchase additional food. All proceeds benefit a local food bank. The event’s registration period opens October 8, 2026 and closes November 22, 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
