TJ Carrie Heart Warrior Run + Walk
The event takes place on June 27, 2026 at Clark Field, 320 Clark Ave, Cleveland, OH 44113. It brings together runners, walkers, families, and teams to raise awareness and funds for heart health initiatives.
Distances included:
- 5K - 3.1 miles
- 1 Mile Walk - 1 mile
- Kids Dash - 100 yards
- Virtual Run - 3.1 miles
The 5K is chip timed; the 1 Mile is untimed and the Kids Dash is a short youth sprint. A virtual option allows participants to complete the 3.1 mile distance from elsewhere while remaining part of the event.
Fundraising and performance are both recognized. Fundraising awards include trophies and group recognition for top individual and top team fundraisers. Performance recognition includes top overall male and female in the 5K, fastest team by average time, and age group awards for the following categories: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 and over.
A performance benchmark is published for the 5K; participants who beat set times receive formal recognition at awards. Proceeds support heart health awareness and related initiatives. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
