Tionesta Lions Club 5K
The event is a community 5K offering in-person run and walk divisions plus a virtual 5K option. The venue is Lighthouse Island, a 22.5 acre site on the Allegheny River in Tionesta, PA, home to the Sherman Memorial Lighthouse.

The in-person course uses two loops around the lighthouse path, then continues on residential roads to the riverside cemetery and returns to the lighthouse for the finish. Portions of the course run on town streets that will remain open to traffic but will be monitored by the sheriff's office and race volunteers. Refreshments are provided after the event.
Registration opens January 1, 2026. In-person registration closes July 10, 2026; virtual registration closes June 30, 2026. Entry fees are $25 for the in-person run and walk, and $35 for the virtual 5K. Race shirts must be ordered by June 11, 2026 through pre-registration; shirts are not available after that date.
Awards are given to top finishers overall and by age group for both run and walk divisions. Awards will not be mailed; winners must be present and must complete the race under their own power. Age group breakdowns will be determined two weeks before the event based on registrations. No pets, no unsupervised children, and no smoking, alcohol, or drug use are permitted on site.
