Event overview
The Timberline Marathon and Half Marathon takes place Saturday June 6 to Sunday June 7, 2026 in Government Camp, OR (97028). Events offered include:

- Half Marathon (Sunday)
The listed entry fees are $65 for the Saturday marathon and half marathon events, and $55 for the Sunday half marathon. 2026 registration opens on August 1, 2025. Entry prices increase after February 28, 2026.
Course, location and entries
The course circles Timothy Lake on single-track trails and is located at about 3,227 feet in the Cascade range. The route begins at Clackamas Lake Historic Ranger Station and crosses three rustic bridges over tributaries that feed the lake. The course offers views of Mt. Hood across Timothy Lake. Finisher medals and gender-specific technical shirts are included with registration.
Teams consist of four or more members who register under the same team name. Once the fourth team member registers, each team member receives a $5 entry fee refund; each additional team member also receives $5 off the current list price. Teams with four or more registered by May 1, 2026 receive custom bibs with the team name. Team members must register for an event held the same day; on Saturday each member may choose either the marathon or the half marathon.
