Tim Kerr 7 Mile Island Run and TK5K Run/Walk
The 37th Annual Tim Kerr 7 Mile Island Run and TK5K Run/Walk is scheduled for September 6, 2026, in Avalon, New Jersey, centered at Avalon Community Hall, 3001 Avalon Avenue. The event includes two separate distances and is held on the wide streets of Avalon.

The course is closed to traffic. Course maps are posted and participants are responsible for knowing the route and key turns. The event is stroller friendly.
Registration fees listed are $35.00 for the seven mile race and $25.00 for the 5K. Online registration closes September 5; in-person early pickup and late registration are available Saturday, September 5 inside Community Hall from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Race day pickup and late registration are held in Community Hall on September 6 with paper sign ups accepted in person.
Shirts have been ordered and are currently in stock; some sizes may run out on race weekend. Awards are given by grab-and-go for top three male and female overall, masters, grand masters, and age groups in five year increments for both races.
