Pacifica Runners Tiki Trot 5K and 10K - Pacifica, CA
This is an in-person coastal road race offering 5 km and 10 km options. The mostly flat, out and back route begins at the north end of Beach Boulevard at Paloma in Sharp Park, follows the ocean past the Pacifica pier, then turns toward Moose Lodge. The 5K turns around at Moose Lodge. The 10K continues south toward Rockaway Beach and turns around just before the switchbacks. The course often provides ocean views and occasional whale sightings.
Water is available at the start and finish area and at the 5K turnaround; participants are encouraged to bring a personal bottle for extra water on the course. Paid registration includes a kids goodie bag, a medal, light snacks, and a decorative bib. Race day registration is available for a limited number of additional participants and carries an extra fee; online registration closes on August 1.
The event is organized by Pacifica Runners, a community-based non-profit running club focused on fitness for all ages and abilities. The event is open to all ages and offers free parking.
