Pacifica Runners Tiki Trot 5K/10K - Pacifica
The Pacifica Runners Tiki Trot is a coastal running event on August 2, 2026, held at the north end of Beach Boulevard at Paloma Avenue in Sharp Park, Pacifica, CA. The event offers two measured distances and a mostly flat, out-and-back course that follows the oceanfront.
The route starts at the end of Beach Boulevard and Paloma, runs past the Pacifica pier, then turns toward Moose Lodge. The 5K turns around at Moose Lodge. The 10K continues south toward Rockaway Beach and returns, turning around shortly before the switchbacks. Whales are often visible from the course.
There will be water at the start and finish and at the 5K turnaround; participants may bring a personal bottle for extra water on the route. Paid registration includes a goodie bag for children, a medal, light snacks, and a decorative bib, and the event emphasizes scenic coastal views. Registration fees are tiered by distance and by Pacifica Runners membership; membership status is checked and the difference may be collected on race day if a registrant is not an active member. Online registration closes on August 1. Race day registration carries an additional $10 charge and is limited to up to 10 participants.
