Tideswell Inter Inns 5K
The Tideswell Inter Inns is a timed 5k road race held during Tideswell Wakes Week. The course runs from Tideswell to Litton and back, starting at the Star Inn, turning right before the Anchor, proceeding into Litton to a turnaround at the Red Lion, and finishing at the Horse & Jockey.
Non locals enter online only; entries open 1 April 2026 and the online entry fee for non locals is £7. Timing chips are used for the event and are collected from outside the George Inn. The club gives a what3words location for chip collection: thighs.ruling.interval.
The event has an age limit of 12 and over. Children under 16 must be supervised at the event by a parent or guardian, though the supervising adult does not need to take part. Locals are defined as residents of Tideswell or Litton.
Parking in the village is limited, so car sharing is suggested. Water will be available at the finish and participants are asked to bring their own cups as part of an effort to reduce plastic.
